Because every custom order is different, I take the time to understand exactly what you need before giving you a price.

Please contact me by email or phone to discuss your custom project.

Please provide as much information as possible, including:

• What item you would like embroidered
• The design, logo, or wording you would like
• The size of the embroidery
• Preferred thread colors
• Font style, if lettering is needed
• The quantity you need
• When you need the order completed

If you have a picture or example of what you would like, please send it with your request.

I will review the details of your project and determine what is needed to complete the work.

I do not provide a price at the first contact. I need to review the project details before I can determine the time, materials, and work involved.

If your design needs to be digitized for embroidery, please let me know. I do not provide digitizing services. A professional digitizer can create the embroidery file, and that cost is separate from my embroidery charges.

Once I have all the information needed, I will prepare a work order outlining the project and price.

The work order will include the agreed-upon details so we both understand exactly what is being ordered.

Payment in full is required before work begins.

I do not begin a custom order until full payment has been received and the order has been approved.

After payment and approval, I will begin your custom project according to the details listed on the work order.

Please allow adequate time for custom projects. I recommend placing your order at least 4 weeks before you need it completed, especially for larger or more detailed orders.

When your order is finished, I will contact you.

Local customers may arrange pickup. If your order needs to be shipped, shipping and mailing costs are the customer's responsibility and will be added to the order as applicable.

If you provide your own items for embroidery, those items remain the customer's responsibility. Please make sure the items are clean, in good condition, and suitable for embroidery.

Custom work requires planning, preparation, and dedicated machine time. Please make sure you provide complete and accurate information when placing your request.

Once a custom order has been approved and paid for, changes may result in additional charges or may not be possible depending on the stage of production.

What types of custom embroidery do you offer?
I offer custom embroidery for shirts, children’s clothing, baby items, gifts, and other items that can be embroidered. I also offer custom logo embroidery for businesses and organizations.

Can I choose the shirt color, size, and design?
Yes. Depending on the item, you can choose the color, size, embroidery design, and thread colors. We will discuss the details before your order is placed.

Can you embroider my business logo?
Yes. I offer custom logo embroidery for businesses, daycares, organizations, and other groups. Please contact me with your logo and project details so I can determine what is needed.

Do you digitize embroidery designs?
I do not provide digitizing services. If your design or logo needs to be digitized, you will be responsible for having it digitized by a professional digitizer. The digitized design will need to be provided to me in PES format.

How long does a custom order take?
Please allow at least 4 weeks for custom orders. Ordering early is especially important if you need your items for a special event, holiday, birthday, or baby shower.

Do I need to pay before my custom order is started?
Yes. Custom orders must be paid in full before work begins. Once all details are confirmed, I will provide a work order with the agreed-upon information.

Can I provide my own item to be embroidered?
Yes, in some cases. If you provide an item for embroidery, the item is your responsibility. You are also responsible for any mailing costs associated with sending the item to me.

How do I get started with a custom order?
