Turnaround time for embroidery orders depends on the size and complexity of the order. We work closely with our clients to estimate turnaround times and ensure that orders are completed as quickly as possible without sacrificing quality.

Customers need to set an appointment to pick up an on line order or speak to me in person. There are times I will not be available to be able to reach my work goals for the day. 

When placing order on line, you can pay through my website. Walk up can pay with Zelle. If you are in this area and wish to shop, please do so on line and pay then. Make appointment to pick up, there is appointment section on home page. 

I digitize names for shirts, but I don't digitize full designs. I have a digitizer I hire for that. I have worked with him for a long time and his work is good. 

If your item is washable I will give care instructions when I item is shipped or picked up. 

Rush orders to pick up yes, if a customer would like to personalize an item no I do not do rush orders. There may be people ahead of your order and it would not be fair to them to have anyone jump ahead of the line. 

Yes, all personalization is prepaid only, all orders shopped on line need to be paid before being picked up or shipped. The prepay is 100% in full before work begins. 

I supply the shirts, so this helps order items that I would need to complete the order.  

No, I do all the work except digitizing. This is my small business. 

Yes, most of my items can be personalized. The ones who can not, a patch can be made and applied to the item. 

Yes, my items are handmade. I use a sewing machine and embroidery machine. 

I make a large verity of items, I add items weekly. I enjoy making everything for the home and customers.

Ever item is different. Depends on the stitch count of the design. Plus changing thread color takes time, again depending on how many colors are in the design. 

Yes, in a way. I do not do personal designs, meaning picture to stitching. My custom is working with designs I have. A customer can let me know what they are looking for. I can look through all the many designs I have. I can buy a design for the customer, but that is at their cost. I use all my supplies, not the customers. 

My machine is a large machine, Brother PR1X. 

Maybe, most designs are digitized that the same color continues through the design. Customers can choose color of name, or birthday information being on the item. 

Maybe, depends on what the item or design is.
